Information you submit
The feedback form records a subject, description, submission type and language. The game build and email address are optional. A timestamp and reference code are also recorded. Your email may be used to follow up on the submission; it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Who can see it?
Form submissions and contact information are stored in the administrator area and are not listed publicly. If an idea becomes part of a development plan, a separate description is prepared for publication. Your original submission is not automatically published.
Storage and requests
Submissions are kept for review during development. This initial version does not apply an automatic deletion schedule. To request a correction or deletion, use the feedback form and include the reference code and an address where you can be reached. Please do not submit sensitive information that you do not want to share.
Playtest sessions and cookies
Signing in to the test area creates a first-party session cookie lasting eight hours. Signing out deletes that cookie. The administrator panel uses a separate login session. A shared test password does not identify individual testers.
Technical records
Short-lived counters help limit unwanted submissions and password attempts. The application does not store raw IP addresses in these counters. The server and hosting infrastructure may keep separate technical request logs. This version loads no advertising, third-party analytics code or marketing cookies.
